5 Ways To Infuse Your Days With Intention

While goals focus on the future, intentions are all about living in the present moment. And, there are so many ways we can infuse intention into our everyday lives. Read on for 5 simple examples.

1. Create space for emotional release.

It’s important to release our emotions. So, find somewhere private that you feel safe and comfortable to really focus on your inner experience and how you’re feeling. 

2. Spend time in nature.

The benefits of spending time in nature are endless. Even more so if you’re digging your feet and/or hands in the dirt. Get outside and become one with nature through gardening, neighborhood walks or even outdoor meditation. And, be sure to admire the beauty that’s all around you. 

3. Connect with your support people.

Call up a family member or friend — someone who loves you and wants you to win. Many studies have shown that our personal relationships play a big role in overall happiness and life satisfaction. 

4. Read your horoscope.

Grab your mug with your favourite beverage and sit down to read your horoscope. You can even create a daily ritual around this!

5. Create some guilt-free couch time.

Whether you want to read a book, rest your body or binge your favorite Netflix show… the key word here is guilt-free.
