+ What if I don’t necessarily feel comfortable sharing in front of a group?
My guess is that if you are open to any coaching format that you are secretly better at sharing and being vulnerable than you may think. And, I do my best as coach and facilitator to have every group member feel met where they are at. If you do relate to yourself as more on the quiet side, we may just take a look at how to communicate that you are getting value from the sessions.
+ I want to do your program, but I think my friend/coworker/sister/mom/cousin/etc would also be a good fit for it, is that a conflict of interest?
In my experience, this situation is totally workable, and may just require a few more conversations before the group start date. Specifically, I may facilitate between you and your loved one a conversation around how to honor confidentiality with each other, what personal details are off the table for one person to share about someone else, etc.
+ Who is your dream group coaching client?
I love clients who dive right into really embracing the group format. They thrive on accountability, are willing to share vulnerably and from the heart, and love being connected to a group of like-minded people working on similar goals. It’s the cherry on top if they themselves have an interest in becoming a coach, as I love when group members allow their own brilliance to make a difference for the group rather than expect me to provide all of the wisdom and answers.
Greta Thunberg! If anyone knows her agent, hook me up. Overall, I want to work with millennial women who want to work with me. Who want to do the deep work. Who are nerdy and passionate about their goals. Who read the content on my pages and can’t get enough of it. Who have a secret (or not-so-secret) sassy and playful side to them. Who are ready to give themselves the gift of not working so damn hard by themselves anymore. Who are ready to turn in their overachieving martyr card for something a little more stylish. Who have dreams of also serving other women.
