For those of you who have kept up with my weekly blogs and videos, I’ve been dropping hints about a resource I’ve been developing, to support those who are looking for some direction in honing into their leadership style. It’s officially here, and it’s in a super fun Buzzfeed-esque quiz format!

How did I come up with this quiz?

When I work with new clients on leadership, I tell every single one of them that awareness about how it’s currently going is paramount to seeing growth and development.

What about your current style is working? Where are you already great at what you do? These are the questions I explore with my clients, and as we dive in, we also start to unpack which of their inherent strengths also have some pitfalls or limitations.

Hence the inception of the “Leadership Gremlin.”

Think about it like the movie character: Something totally sweet and adorable that you want around… that has an occasional nasty side that comes out under certain circumstances. This quiz was designed with that fun concept in mind to help others see what may not be working, without the seriousness that often surrounds looking at growth opportunities.
